Phoenix Police seeking any tips from witnesses

Phoenix Police Department welcomes any information on identifying the shooter involved in the killing of a man late Sunday night in Phoenix.

Vicente Garcia was shot in the backyard of a home where he then walked out to the street and collapsed, according to an AZ Central article updated earlier today.

The 37-year-old was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.
