A new holiday attraction in The Valley is promising to be one of the largest festivals of its kind.
Located in Chandler, Pratt Brothers Christmas at Rawhide hails themselves as “The biggest Christmas celebration in Arizona.”
The festivities promise the best this year for Valley residents looking to enjoy the holiday lights and more.
In an interview with Northeast Valley News, the Pratt Brothers discussed their inspiration for the ambitious event.
“The whole reason for Pratt Brothers Christmas is for the children to see the light in their eyes and the smiles on their faces,”
The Pratt Brothers Christmas began its planning in January, with its first light bulb being up in June, the planning and process taking a whole year.
The end result being 21 attractions, with their main attraction being a spectacular Gingerbread House light show.
This being the main attraction, the show truly doesn’t hold back. Fire machines that shoot out 25-foot flames,18 spotlights that project three miles into the air, synchronized lights going with Christmas music, and as you get closer to the Gingerbread House a warm cookie smell overtakes you.
Christmas cookie decorating, smores making, a stunt show, and what’s said to be 25,000 feet of holiday shopping, this event promises it all for those looking to get a good dose of holiday spirit and spending.
For families in The Valley looking to have some holiday fun, the Pratt Brothers Christmas sure promises that and then some. Speaking to some of these families, they described Pratt Brothers’ Christmas as “colorful” and “a beautiful memory for their children.” Others say that the show brought out their “inner child.”
One can enjoy the festivities at The Rawhide Ranch in Chandler, Arizona, Wednesdays through Sundays from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., with the last event taking place on December 24.
