People gathered in the East Valley last weekend for the popular Mint at Night Market, a seasonal outdoor event featuring live entertainment, specialty food truck vendors, vintage and hand-made specialty gifts and items displayed in temporary kiosks and booths.
The evening market showcased dozens of vendor booths selling handmade jewelry, clothes, artwork, candles, baked goods and vintage items.
Some at the event told Northeast Valley News the “cooler evening” event is community centered and a place where artists and small businesses can be supported while enjoying the local entertainment and relaxing atmosphere.
“The atmosphere feels super welcoming, and it’s nice to have something fun to do after the sun goes down.”
Established in 2022, the Mint at Night Market has become increasingly popular across the Valley as residents, mostly located in the East Valley, such as Mesa and Queen Creek, seek out an outdoor experience that also supports independent businesses and provide artists and creators the opportunity to connect directly with the community.
Movie nights is also a popular offering over the summer on selected nights.
The Mint at Night Market is open each second Saturday of the month through June and is free of charge.
